National Account Manager - Granite Guard

At Granite Telecommunications it’s our team members who make our company successful. Due to our tremendous growth, we are expanding our National Sales Team in Quincy, MA.

Position Summary:

  • Maintain and manage Granite Guard’s customer accounts
  • 24 x 7 availability to support your assigned accounts
  • Conduct weekly meetings with assigned Customer accounts
  • Minute each meeting weekly and follow up on all actions
  • Communicate directly with customers, sales and customer service staff
  • Areas of responsibility for each account include but are not limited to service issues, status updates, outages, billing, reporting, etc.

Position Responsibilities

  • Maintain bill run database
  • Produce monthly reports from Alarm Key for senior management
  • Assist as necessary with site surveys and conversions
  • Must be confident in ability to learn new technologies
  • Assist with state licensing guidelines and applications
  • Must possess willingness to assist with duties outside normal scope of job on an as needs basis.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of security and services product experience.
  • Project management experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor of Science in Finance or another area of Business.

Pay and Benefits:

This is a full time position. Salary is competitive. Medical, Dental and Life Insurance benefits: eligible after the first 60 days of employment.
